Celia Weisman served as Interim Managing Director of Washington CASH, Washington State’s only peer micro-lending program. Celia’s role was to help improve the infrastructure of CASH and create more “institutional memory” for the organization through the development of procedure manuals, board development and training, and etc. Her appointment ended in June 2004 upon the birth of her daughter Dena. This is an example of Social Profits ability to provide high quality interim senior staffing for nonprofits.
